    Recess! Love it! On my lunch break I walk to the park and if there is an empty swing – I take advantage. Also, I love to color in coloring books. Both relieve a lot of stress and let your mind think about nothing. Bliss during an overpacked day!

    I just read a Huffington Post article about skipping and how it’s just as good for us as rebounding… cheaper too, b/c you don’t have to buy a trampoline! I have started skipping everywhere! And that’s another thing we are stealing from kids! ha!
