We might only be halfway into 2011, but already the popular baby names are making waves. According to the website, Nameberry, whose tag line reads, ‘the unique baby name guide by the world’s leading experts’, there are quite a few names that are rising above the rest.

Their data is based on over 23 million views on the site from January 2011 to the present.

    The biblical name has unseated Henry for the number 1 spot for boys. It means happy/blessing.
  • Elula 2 of 11
    Isla Fisher and Sasha Baron Cohen named their second daughter this name. Nameberry says it was not even in their database last year but is now the 38th most-searched name on Nameberry.

    This name is up 50 places on the site's most-searched list, and was inspired by girls' names, Eva and Evelyn.
