2012 Summer Olympics: Today's Google Doodle Depicts Fencing via Babble

Are you enjoying the daily doodles?

With all the Olympic festivities, from the artistic opening ceremonies to the Internet memes, one of the more interesting aspects has been the daily Google Doodle paying tribute to the worldwide sporting event.

The daily doodles began with the start of the Summer Olympic and the first displayed five athletes of various diverse nationalities playing five different sports: football, basketball, swimming, fencing, running, and javelin throw.

Today’s Google Doodle pays tribute to the Fencing trials, which take place today through August 5th.

This is the fourth consecutive doodle supporting the London Olympics 2012.

Today’s fencing medal event features the Women’s Individual Epee. Fencing trials continue until Sunday.

What has been your favorite event so far?
