We are all getting old. When we look into the mirror, we’re able to spot a wrinkle here and a white hair there. And the day that you have your first child, that marked the start of you becoming a parent. The first day of the rest of your life, a new era… your new incarnation of being old!

But forget about how you are now someone’s mom or dad. Forget those aches, pains, and other various physical manifestations of getting older. Nothing, and I do mean NOTHING, will make you feel as old as revisiting these pop culture touchstones from the past.

Now pass the wrinkle cream, early bird menu, and the prunes. While you are at it, check out these 20 things that will really drive home the fact that you’re getting up there in years.
