Beautiful San Francisco blog The Bold Italic set out to review the famous restaurant Mission Chinese Food using only a 4-year-old boy and his facial expressions. Desmond Appelgren tried several different dishes – typically enjoyed by adult foodies – to let the world know if Mission’s fancy fare could pass the kid test. Here are a few of the results:
Ick ... that pork is gross!
Desmond definitely does not like the pork belly. He went so far as to wipe his tongue off with a napkin to get the flavor out of his mouth. (My daughter does that all the time. Ha.) But he gets points for trying it!
