Babies Love Breakup Music, Too! Toddlers Who Really Feel Gotye (Videos)

By carolyncastiglia |

gotye, somebody that i used to know, 3-year-olds, toddlers, funny

This kid is feelin' it!

Everybody has somebody that they used to know. That’s why Gotye’s song “Somebody That I Used to Know” is so dang popular. Well, that, and this amazing cover by Walk off the Earth wherein five people play one guitar which is actually what made most people aware of the song to begin with, but that’s neither here nor there, I suppose. The kids these days just love this song, and by kids, I mean 3-year-olds. Apparently taping your 3-year-old jamming to Gotye in the car is a trend, based on the amount of just such videos on YouTube. People need to be careful about taping their kids while driving, though, or the line, “You didn’t have to cut me off” will start to take on new meaning.

Enjoy these three hilarious videos of 3-year-olds addicted to a certain kind of sadness. And be sure to watch each one to the end, always the end.
