The Mama: Kim Demmon, fitness teacher and mom from the Pacific Northwest, started blogging five years ago at her personal site, Scrap to My Lu, which documents her daily life with her husband and eleven-year-old son. Even though she works and maintains both websites, Kim still finds time to watch Oprah and proclaim that she “loves decorating with anything hanging from a tree.”
