Better Together: 18 of the Best Toy Couples Ever!

There are quite a few things in this world that are just fine on their own. Peanut butter is one of them. You can spread it on toast, dip your celery in it, or if you tend to walk on the wild side you can eat it with a spoon. But as great as peanut butter is on its own, there is one thing that makes it better — jelly. Add some jelly to the mix and suddenly peanut butter becomes peanut butter and jelly. It also becomes a whole lot better.

The same holds true for toys, some toys anyway. They are fine to play with on their own but fun to play with when there are two (or more) of them. Take Bert and Ernie for example. Most small children would love getting their very own Ernie but what they would love even more is getting Bert and Ernie. Superhero lovers would happily save the world with Batman in tow but think of the crime they could combat if Batman had Robin by his side?

In an ode to some of our favorite duos I’ve rounded up 18 of the best couples available in toy form. These characters are great on their own but even better together. Take a look and see if some of your favorites make an appearance:
