I had horrible body issues before my first son was born. After I was pregnant, I stopped caring about being super thin. I eat healthy, exercise and LOVE my curves. So does my husband. My son changed my entire outlook on obsessing over my weight.

As much as I want to cry every time I hear about someone’s vaginal delivery, as much as I feel denied that ideal, or even unideal, painful, vaginal delivery, and as much as I’ll never understand why anyone would schedule their delivery for convenience, like a root canal, I believe that mom and baby emerging safe and healthy are the primary goals. The choice is mom’s.

I am trying to eat healthier every day and you have made it a bit easier. I am not 100 percent vegan right now but maybe one day! This recipe is so delish!! I did use agave instead of maple because it’s what I had on hand. YUM! I did not realize I even like cauliflower until I made this recipe! Thanks again.

I try to tell my girls that its whats on the inside that counts, not what you see on the outside. I try to teach them that looks aren’t everything. And that beautiful people are beautiful on the inside not just the outside. It’s what is in the heart that matters.
