Disney’s New Pirate’s Adventure Spills Pirates of the Caribbean 5 Secrets

A Pirate's Adventure: Treasures of the Seven Seas | BabbleAvast and ahoy, land lubbers. There be adventures ahead.

Captain Jack Sparrowy ones.

Today the Disney Parks Blog confirmed that an elaborate, non-card powered, “interactive quest” is coming to the Magic Kingdom in Spring 2013.

A Pirate’s Adventure: Treasures of the Seven Seas” will be based in Adventureland, and plans to take guests through five different pirate raids while fighting off Captain Jack’s frienemies – the Royal Navy and Captain Barbossa among others.

And yes, there will be pirate maps and magic talismans and loot.

Guests who help Captain Jack succeed in all his buckling and swashing will be welcomed as part of his new crew.

Those who don’t will face the wrath of the cruel sea… alone.

Cue raucous laughter and sabre twirling, plus a thought: Anyone else thinking the whole experience will spill plot secrets from Pirates of the Caribbean 5?

The fifth installment featuring the unscrupulous buccaneer is set for a July 10, 2015 release, but there’s been no word as to what the latest tale will be about just yet. What better way to rally moviegoers than by putting them directly at the helm of the ship alongside the iconic Captain Jack?

Well played, Disney. Well played.
