Downton Disney: A Pixie-Dusted Parody of Downton Abbey

DOWNTON DISNEYThe third season of Downton Abbey ends with a bang tonight.

Well, not really a bang. It’s more of a-

No, no, I won’t say any more, even though my eyeballs fell out of my head and rolled across the floor from pure shock when I watched a screening weeks ago.

Seriously, I only just found them a few days ago.

But forget all that, the bigger spoiler here is going into serious Downton withdrawal after tonight. Well, until next season anyway, which as it stands, might as well be light years away.

LIGHT YEARS.

When did seasons get so short anyway?

Heavy sigh.

But, there is an upside. A spoof of sorts I dreamed up while recovering from the season finale.

What if Disney characters played our favorite roles from above and below stairs, and turned Downton Abbey into Downton Disney?

You know you’ve thought about this at some point, especially after Sesame Street started it.

Besides, I can’t be the only one misspelling “downtown” as “downton” every time I type.

Or talk for that matter.

I’m in deep, people.
