As a mom it doesn't matter because I strongly believe that mom's are capable of doing a great job just as much as the single gal. I mean men have children too don't they, and they never have that stigma.
As a working mom, what advice would you give a mom searching for a job?
Just because the salary exceeds your expectations, remember it comes with a price and usually that price is having to sacrifice your time with family. Put your priorities in check first and then make the decision.

What advice do you have to potential candidates about their social media usage?
Be careful of what you post and watch what your friends are posting as well. Remember you are a reflection of the company you keep.
