Instaprint — A Photo Booth for Instagram

By 5MinutesForMom |

Instaprint-box-instagram-photoIf Instaprint arrives at your next mom blogging event — watch out! There might be a stampede of bloggers trying to get their hands on the latest product for the Instagram photo obsessed.

Who doesn’t love to jump in a photo booth and make crazy smiles with friends. Heck — at blog conferences we all seem to take our turns snapping shots with our blogging kindred.

So, when I saw the latest product in the Instagram photo craze — Instaprint — I couldn’t help but imagine how popular it would be at a mom blogger event or mom blog conference.

Instaprint was developed by Breakfast and debuted at SXSW this past March. (I haven’t been lucky enough to see one at an event yet. Have you?)

How Does Instaprint work?

“Each Instaprint box is set with its location or a specific hashtag. Any Instagram tagged with that location or hashtag will pop out of the Instaprint box, giving you a modern day photo booth.

To stay true to the old days, Instaprint uses a new printing technology developed by Zink. Similar to how instant film once worked, the color for the prints comes from the paper itself. No ink necessary.” - Instaprint.me
