Jonah Hill Witnesses a Woman Giving Birth in NYC Park, Takes Photos of the Placenta

Let’s say you are taking an afternoon stroll in the park with a “pretty lady friend.” During your walk you witness a woman giving birth to a baby on a park bench. After the ambulance comes and whisks the new mother away do you:
a) Go about your business, respecting the fact that childbirth is a very private event.
b) Make sure the woman gets to the hospital okay and that her loved ones have been called.
c) Linger for a little longer taking photos of the placenta with your cell phone.
What would you do? Well, we now know what actor Jonah Hill (of Money Ball and 21 Jump Street fame) would do…
He is all about the “c”!
According to TMZ, who just happened to be at the park birth as well, after the paramedics loaded the brand new mother into an ambulance, Hill stood there and took photos of the placenta. The TMZer went up to Hill to chat about what had happened. But this spooked Hill and he split the scene. But later he fessed up to his actions tweeting, “Craziest thing I’ve ever seen. A woman have birth next to me in a park. I took a picture of the placenta and TMZ caught me. Embarrassing.” Yes, embarrassing indeed. For someone who knows far too well about having their privacy invaded, you’d think he would be a bit more respectful. Seriously, would you want some random Hollywood guy taking a photo of your placenta laying on the ground? I think not.

Seriously? I’d much rather a pic of my [placenta than a gaping vajayjay shot, LOL! BTW- the placenta is about the only thing, other than the baby, that is lovely at birth.
I find it a little questionable that the paramedics would just leave it out there. Isn’t that what park officials might consider a haz mat situation? You’d think there’d be some kind of checklist before the ambulance pulls off. Mother, check. Baby, check. Placenta and all other organic matter, uhhh…. If it came out of me, it’s coming with me.

This seems like an awfully strange situation and something doesn’t add up. I agree with DEATHMETALMOMMY I truly doubt the paramedics would just leave the placenta lying around. If they did and JH did take a pic that is definitely weird though maybe he was fascinated, but then to admit to it on twitter is what I don’t get! To give him the benefit of the doubt, I’m hoping his account got hacked… Though I also agree with GODDESS that he wasn’t taking other sorts of pics!
Ok so I just the TMZ video and wanted to update my comment to say that this actually did happen! Though I couldn’t see the placenta specifically in the video only lots of blood.
