Ladies, Quick! Have all the Nookie You Can Before Age 29!
If you’re 29 or older, it’s time to pack up that G-string; your sex life is over.
OK, maybe not over per se, but on a downward slope according to British toy company Lovehoney who surveyed 1,281 men and women. The unscientific survey found that women reach their sexual peak at 28, with men reaching theirs at 33.
While survey results challenge the notion that men sexually peak at 18, and women follow into their 30′s and 40′s, sex and relationship expert Tracey Cox told the Daily Mail, “Like most things, sex gets better the more you do it and the more practised you are at it.” Holla!
Lovehoney’s survey also found that women on average lost their virginity at 17, with men close behind at 18. Of notable interest, women reported having the most sex of their lives at 25 and men at 29.
My fellow 29+ers, let’s not get our panties in a bunch; sexual prime statistics at large mean very little. Sex experts suggest an individual women’s sexual prime happens when it happens thanks to that empowering cocktail of self-acceptance, sexual empowerment, and responsibility for personal pleasure. So get busy gettin’ busy, not only does practice make perfect, it’s surprisingly good for your health.
