As a fitness fanatic I really struggled with coming to grips with my post-baby body. After two months of tears I realized that I could in fact love my mom body and embrace it. Turning this corner helped me immensely as I continued my journey of post-baby weight loss. I was able to be proud of my accomplishments and not dwell on my shortcomings. Hopefully some of the things i learned might help another mom who is struggling. I couldn’t be more proud of where I ended up a year later!
