Mom Punishes Teens By Selling One Direction Tickets Online with Scathing AdMonica Bielanko
The stories you, the parent of teenagers, could tell me, right?
I know, I know. I’m girding my loins as I type and I’ve got almost a decade to prepare. The good news for me is that millions of hilarious, enterprising parents have gone before me, some of whom are lighting the way with their brilliant punishment strategies. Strategies like the one you’re about to see.
The back story: two girls in Australia told their parents they were going to a sleepover, when instead they went to an older guy’s house. Unfortunately for them, their parents found out. Even more unfortunate is that their parents had bought tickets to a One Direction concert in Sydney, not only for them, but their friends too.
Mom took to eBay to sell the concert tickets, but she didn’t just leave it at that. She had more than a few choice words for her daughters and their friends. Themetapicture.com posted a screen grab of the ad found on eBay. It may seem a bit harsh but it sounds like the parents had just about enough of lies, prank calls and disrespect. Check it out:
What do you think? Is the ad a little over-the-top or is mom right on the money? Let me know in the comments below!
