A Bay Area mom tried to rob a Safeway this week by waiting in the getaway car for her 10-year-old daughter to come out into the parking lot with a cart full of unpaid groceries. When the unpaid items tripped a security alarm, the cart’s wheels locked up and – unbelievably – the mother drove away, leaving her 10-year-old daughter behind.
