7:21am: The chants start, “Phil, Phil, Phil!” It’s time to wake up Phil.
7:22am: “Ladies and gentlemen, Punxsutawney Phil!” The groundhog is introduced.
7:23am: The President says: “On Gobbler’s Knob on this beautiful Groundhog Day February 2, 2011,” greets the handlers and then proclaims, “The Steelers are going to the Superbowl!”

Prepare yourself for warmth!” The crowd entertains both jeers and cheers, and then the festive music from the movie Groundhog Day takes over the intercom and day long festivities will continue in Town Square.
