Sarah Palin Wanted to Adopt Grandson and Raise As Her OwnSunny Chanel
It sounds like Sarah Palin was not ready to be a grandma. According to Levi Johnston, who is the father of her grandson, Palin had a scheme to adopt her daughter’s son and raise it as her own. Does she just like children that much or did she want to try to hide the fact that her daughter got herself knocked up, was unwed and did so at such a young age? Levi told Vanity Fair magazine:
“Sarah kept mentioning this plan. She was nagging — she wouldn’t give it up. She would say, ‘So, are you gonna let me adopt him?’ We both kept telling her we were definitely not going to let her adopt the baby. I think Sarah wanted to make Bristol look good, and she didn’t want people to know that her 17-year-old daughter was going to have a kid.”
He continues to say in the interview that the Palin home wasn’t what people would think it was like. “The Palin house was much different from what many people expect of a normal family, even before she was nominated for vice president. There wasn’t much parenting in that house. Sarah doesn’t cook, Todd doesn’t cook — the kids would do it all themselves.” And he also states that Palin ain’t the hockey mom or hunter she claimed she was saying that she rarely went to her son’s hockey games and had to ask Levi how to use a gun.
The Palin camp has not commented on this story but had previously discounted Levi’s claims.
Do you think these things are true or is Levi just trying to hang onto his 15 minutes as long as he can?
