Color Splash is the full version of the free app “Touch of Color,” and it’s easily worth the $.99 cents. Simply, Color Splash lets you convert an image to black and white while keeping a selected portion in color. This dramatic effect is great for making your kid (or some part of him) pop in pictures. You use your finger as the paintbrush to designate which parts you want black and white or color, a feature your kids will love – if they can pry the iPhone from your hands. This app also includes a video tutorial, which can be extremely helpful as there are multiple brush options and tricks to fixing accidental brush strokes.
