Whether you’re a seasoned DIYer or just a beginner, Babble’s third annual Top 50 Mom Craft Blogs will inspire you. The moms on this list offer an incredible variety of ideas for DIY crafts and accessories to try with the kids — or by yourself. (Don’t worry: we won’t tell anyone how easy most of them actually are!) Thanks to our panel of craft lovers and industry insiders, you’ll see some new names on this list along with old favorites. And if we missed a crafty mom you love, please nominate it in the comments. Glue guns at the ready! — Amy Reitersee the full list »

The What’s What: If variety is the spice of life, Make It and Love It, also one of our craft blog picks last year, is one spicy site. You can discover how to make nearly everything here: clothing for kids and grownups, home décor items, cakes and cookies. And the site is wonderfully interactive: You can vote on projects you’d like help tackling (would you rather reupholster an ottoman, make a maxi-dress or get a simple sewing series for kids?) and share your own projects.
The Mama: One great thing about Make It and Love It blogger Ashley Johnson is her honesty. For instance, the mother of three (two girls and a boy) freely admits to her sugar addiction, and also to choosing crafting and blogging over an immaculate house — “or organized linen closets. Or writing poetry. Or family journals. Or playing musical instruments.” Nice of her to let us know.
