Sweet Designs
The What’s What: Amy Atlas is the queen of dessert tables. Her blog, Sweet Designs, is aptly named; to us it feels like a decadent dessert to which we happily go for seconds (and thirds … and fourths …) On her site, she shares party ideas and tips and features readers’ submissions of clever parties. Whether the latest celebration comes from Amy herself or one of her fans, the inspiration is endless.
The Mama: Amy Atlas once practiced law and worked on political campaigns until returning to her creative passion for entertaining. Now, her dessert tables have been featured on the TODAY Show and in various press outlets such as InStyle and The New York Times. She is publishing her first book in 2012. Amy lives in New York with her two sons.
