We Are Not Amused: Best of the Unimpressed Queen Meme

The photos of Queen Elizabeth looking, well, less than entranced with the Olympic Opening Ceremony are going ’round the Internet like a LOLcat. She looks almost exactly as excited as our grandparents did back in the days when my sister and I would put on “shows.”

Interestingly enough, the Queen’s granddaughter Zara Phillips is actually in the Olympics, competing for Great Britain in the equestrian events. Let’s hope the Queen gets a tad more excited for that part.
