Ellen’s Rankings

I love my mom because she’s the most selfless human being I have ever known. After I had my son, Max, and I went through the toughest year of my life, she babysat, cooked for me, constantly told me how adorable he was, and tried to soothe my seemingly inconsolable self. I needed my mother then like I’ve never needed her before, and she was there for me.

I love how honest these answers are. Mom-daughter relationships are some of the toughest in our lives, and I think they only get harder when the daughter is an adult herself. Thanks to all of the bloggers for telling it like it is the good, the bad, and the sometimes fuzzy, sometimes prickly in-between space.
