Elana’s Pantry | Elana
Who: Elana, mother of two, Colorado
Why we love her: When she and her son were diagnosed with Celiac disease and had to cut gluten from their diet, Elana set out to make gluten-free dishes that weren’t just passable substitutes for their glutinous counterparts. She wanted to make gluten-free food that even people who could eat gluten would choose. Through much hard work and a lot of trial and error, she succeeded. From muffins to German chocolate cake, Elana has perfected gluten-free versions of all your baked favorites. But Elana doesn’t stop there – her kitchen also features nutritious appetizers, main courses and lots of mouth-watering veggie recipes.
