50 Best Twitter Moms
When it comes to understanding the twitter sphere and its mom power players, it may be easiest to compare it to a season of Bachelor Pad, Survivor or, for the more literary, Lord of the Twitter Flies. Alliances are made, the leaders are picked and woe to anyone who can’t be witty, pithy and provocative in 140 characters or less.
When I first launched my daily email and website Mamaista.com back in 2009, I was a twitter newbie, but how things have changed. Since then, as @mamaista, I have discovered a whole new world and another excuse to waste countless hours online.
So when Babble.com asked me to put together the list of 50 top twitter moms, well let’s just say it was a bit daunting. So many great twitter moms, so many tweets, so many potential tweeps to piss off due to glaring omissions. I did my best, but be sure to nominate your favorite mom twitterers as well. So without further ado, check out who made the cut and where they fit in on the top 50 — the more followers, the higher the ranking.

The Who, What, Why?
Loved for her blog as much as her short, witty tweets, the Pioneer Woman is just as honest and hilarious in small bytes. With so many followers, the city-slicker turned housewife better keep churning out that butter and the tweets. This woman is so likeable she even throws surprise parties for her mother-in-law.
