Workspace Overrun By Kids? Bloggers Share Photos of "Kid Creep"

Mom, can I watch TV while you work?

It happens to all of use; no matter what little corner of our home we carve out to get our blogging work done, our kids manage to creep their way in. My office is my refuge each day while my daughter is at kindergarten, but come 3:30 it turns into craft-and-snack central. Sadly, I’m not usually done with my work for the day just cause she’s home (which, of course, is why she likes to hang out with me) so my last few work hours are a mess of trying to keep my laptop glue and glitter free while I try to get in one last conference call.

Good times.

It turns out, of course, that I’m far from alone. These mom bloggers also experience the daily kid creep on their work space and were kind enough to share the photos with me. Enjoy!

Once her kids are home, Amy's kitchen office becomes homework central. Topless, naturally. We should ALL work that way.

I know, this hardly seems like a cluttered work space, right? But Vikki claims that kid stuff keep her from having a workspace, and she's stuck with the couch. When I teased her about the lack of kid stuff in the photo, she said "Well, there's a bike helmet on the end table."
