10 Pets Dressed as Golden Globes Nominees

Have you checked out the list of this year’s Golden Globes Nominees yet? This is one of my favorite award shows since it honors actors in both TV and movies and it brings the biggest stars together. It’s always such a great show to watch and place your bets on who is going to walk home with the coveted BEST title.

Some people have so much fun with the Golden Globes that they all get together for a party to watch it. Some even go as far as dressing up as the actor or character the actor played to show their love and support. No, really, it happens, and even pets get involved in the fun.

These 10 pets love their picks for the winners so much, they’ve dressed up as the characters — and even have their own acceptance speeches prepared in case they win.

It’s pretty cute!

  • Best Actress in a TV Comedy | Edie Falco, Nurse Jackie 2 of 11
    02-2

"Well, Nurse Jackie isn't like other medical drama TV shows is it? I love this character, and while she may not be the most balanced person, she sure keeps things fun. My favorite scene so far? When she broke her own finger to explain to her husband where her wedding ring went. I think that it earned me this award, no?!"

  • Best Actor in a TV Drama | Bryan Cranston, Breaking Bad 3 of 11
    01-5

"Coming off playing a dysfunctional, calm character like Hal from Malcolm in the Middle, playing Walter was like a world away. Who knew I could be so intimidating with a shaved head? I think the writer did an amazing job for the ending of this series. It will go down in television history."

  • Best Actress in a TV Drama | Taylor Schilling, Orange Is the New Black 4 of 11
    04-2

"My character has proved her love by peeing on your floor. She's also been being locked up with her ex-girlfriend, the one that got her thrown in jail! I think that it's safe to say, playing Piper has been enough to scare me out of doing anything illegal!"

  • Best Actor in a TV Comedy | Jim Parsons, The Big Bang Theory 5 of 11
    03-1

"Ba-zinga! Ba-zinga! Ba-zinga! I owe this all to the genious that is soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur kitty. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty. Purr-purr purr."

  • Best Actor in a Drama | Matthew McConaughey, Dallas Buyer’s Club 6 of 11
    08-1

"First I would like to thank my wife who put up with not only my strange appearance after losing 40 pounds for this role, but also for putting up all the grumpy behavior that came with the loss of all that weight. It's not exactly the best thing for a relationship! I'd like to thank y'all for this award. I'll be trading it for a cheeseburger backstage."

  • Best Supporting Actor in a TV Show, Miniseries or TV Movie | Aaron Paul, Breaking Bad 7 of 11
    05-2

"Want an insider tip on the blue meth? It was really blue pop rocks and the crew and cast would eat it during shoot takes. I'm going to miss them... and the excuse to say the B-word after every sentence."

  • Best Supporting Actress in a TV Show, Miniseries or TV Movie | Hayden Panettiere, Nashville 8 of 11
    06-2

"What happens when you add a whole lot of glitter, cowboy hats, drama, and music into the same hour? Only the most fun show on television and the best time I've had working on set."

  • Best Actress in a Drama | Emma Thompson, Saving Mr. Banks 9 of 11
    07-2

"Two of my favorite things came together for this movie Mary Poppins and Tom Hanks. One of my favorite parts of making this movie was getting to listen to the actual audiotapes of the working sessions between Travers and the Disney creative team. All 39 hours of them!"

  • Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy | Leonardo Di Caprio, The Wolf of Wall Street 10 of 11
    09-

"This was my 5th time working with Martin Scorsese, and if you didn't realize, he's my favorite director. I love that we got to push the envelope in this movie thanks to the independent financing. It was fun to work with Joanna Lumley, even though it took me 27 takes to get the kissing scene right. What? She made me nervous!"

  • Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy | Meryl Streep, August: Osage County 11 of 11
    10-1

"This movie is full of family drama and interesting dynamics. The absolute best thing about being an actor is getting the chance to portray different personalities and putting yourself in the shoes of another person. Violet sure fit that description, and I had a blast!"
