10 Things Cats Are Secretly In Love WithI am still getting to know our new cat Ariel. Cats enjoy many of the same things, but like people, each one is individual in their likes and dislikes. Ming-Ming loves to have his belly rubbed, but hates when you touch his tail. Ariel is proving to be quite the affectionate cat who loves to have her chin rubbed, but is still working at being comfortable with us scratching her belly.

There are stereotypical things that many cats love, from birds and food to catnip and boxes to sit in. They like to play with mice and yarn and sit on plastic grocery bags – you might even say they love all that stuff.

I believe there is a secret world of cats that we just don’t understand yet, that there’s more to them than just what first meets the eye. There is so much more that makes our cats happy, and some of these things will probably surprise you. Inspired by a post on Buzzfeed, I thought I’d take you through a few more things cats are secretly in love with.
