Dog Catches Salmon in Flooded Street (Video)

By joslyngray |

Why did the salmon cross the road? Because it was flooded, that’s why. And this dog is absolutely delighted with the situation, catching a salmon in his mouth and happily trotting off with his prize.

The video was captured by KOMO news photographer Daniel Strothman near Union, Washinton, where apparently the Skokomish River overflows nearly every year, causing salmon to (ahem) make a run for it.
