German Shepherd Helps His Little Buddy EscapeDanielle Sullivan
You gotta love the synergy and friendship that forms in a multiple pet family. I see it everyday. My lab, Django, usually bothers our chihuahua, Hayley, who at age 12, really doesn’t care to play many times. Other times however, Hayley will play like a young pup with two-year-old Django. They eat together, sleep together, and take potty breaks together.
Since Hayley has arthritis, getting up after a long nap sometime causes her pain and she will yelp. When this happens, Django will run like a superhero to get to Hayley as fast as she can and see why Hayley is in distress.
So when I saw this video of this German Shepherd helping his little buddy escape, I knew exactly what was going on.
The little dog in the cage frets over his big buddy getting the door open. In the end, the big guy saves the day.
