It feels like everyone I know unfortunately has a breast cancer story to tell. Whether it’s their mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin or friend, we all have been touched in some way by this disease. For me personally, it’s a story of survival for both my grandmother and two aunts. I get emotionally ecstatic that it’s a story of SURVIVAL.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! What that essentially means is charitable organizations across the country will increase awareness of the disease, raise funds for research, prevention, diagnosis and treatment and cure. To sell it to you short, it’s an all around support for healthy boobies.
While everyone searches for their favorite pink (the official color of breast cancer awareness) to wear to show their support, don’t forget about baby! Whether you have a boy or a girl, it’s time to dress them up to make an adorable statement.
