This past month, Madison Square Eats (a food festival in NYC) was located right outside my office building, making it an easily accessible daily treat for lunch. It went from mid September through mid October.
I became obsessed with Roberta’s pizza, a shop normally only found in Bushwick, on the outskirts of Brooklyn, and almost cried the day the fair packed up it’s food-filled tents and went away.
But there are tons of other food fairs scheduled to pop up in November, although sadly most of them are not in my home town, let alone in walking distance from my office. But maybe one or two are located near you, and you can use them to satisfy a pregnancy craving or two (even if you can’t drink the wine). Or perhaps, you’ll develop a new craving you never knew you had.
Anyone want to take a trip to Bushwick with me?
