12 Creative Ideas for Shared Spaces

By Casi Densmore-Koon |

It becomes a little problem when you don’t exactly have another room to spare for a new baby. However, you have an easy solution. Make a shared space! No matter what the size of the room — small or large — there are plenty of ideas to make it work for both siblings. Whether you have to incorporate a newborn girl with a toddler boy or a newborn boy with an older child, you have plenty of ways to create a great space for both. If you don’t have that option, you can always create a nursery inside your master bedroom (read how-to here). But some parents just need their own space.

Sharing a room can be fun, and with these creative and fresh shared spaces to inspire you, it won’t take long for you to get your thoughts together.

Check out these amazing rooms that have incorporated a nursery, making it a great shared space.
