A New, Healthier Diaper from Jessica Alba

For those debating cloth vs. disposable, we have another diaper option for you .

Co-founders Jessica Alba (the gorgeous celebrity mom of two) and Christopher Gavigan (former CEO of Healthy Child, Healthy World, and author of his best-selling book), launched The Honest Company today — dedicated to delivering healthier baby essentials right to your door.

Their Honest Diapers (which come in a variety of cute patterns that you can pick and choose for free) are completely plant-based and naturally biodegradable — no petrochemicals, lotions, perfumes, odor eliminators, synthetic additives, etc. And when you sign up, you’ll get a months supply delivered to your door every month. You’ll even get a free months supply of fragrance-free, plant-based, 100% biodegradable baby wipes for free (limited time only!).

A months supply of Honest Diapers and Wipes will cost you $79.95 (+$4.95 shipping and handling) per month. If that sounds like an extraordinarily high amount, you probably haven’t checked out the natural diapers in your local grocery store.

For those who want the safest option possible for their kids, but don’t have the time/gag reflex for cloth diapers, this could be a fantastic option. Of course we haven’t tried them yet, but we’ll let you know if we do.

And if you’re already committed to cloth, The Honest Company also has a monthly “Family Essentials Bundle” that sends trial-size shampoo, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, and lotion every month for $39.95 (+$3.95 shipping and handling).

See all of the new Honest products at The Honest Company, and sign up for free trials.
