Yet now there’s really no limit to how stylish a pregnant woman’s wardrobe can be — as long as you can afford it. Some women are dropping thousands of dollars on a wardrobe to wear for mere months, but designer maternity lines can be hard to resist. (Especially because the clothes actually fit!)
Another luxury maternity fashion line launched for spring/summer 2012, and it’s simply gorgeous. It’s an import from Europe, and the London-based designer Tamara Hema is a fashion industry veteran — which is apparent in her new collection:
Koka Mama is designed to be worn during pregnancy and beyond, with tailored cuts, luxurious fabrics, and interesting details. They’re based in the UK, but will ship worldwide.
The prices aren’t cheap (dresses range from around $125 to $380), but the designs are certainly fashionable for pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
