This video will make you smile.

This video MADE MY NIGHT. Thank you Invisible Midwives from the UK for posting this on Facebook. I love the video so much that I’m actually feeling really good about social networking right now. (May the feeling last.) It’s a video is of a 35-week pregnant women casually and brilliantly hula-hooping. She’s amazing, gorgeous, curvy and curving. I could never have done this when I was 35 weeks pregnant. Or now. Or when I was twelve. But I love this mama for being so totally awesome! And pregnant!

This really just goes to show you that if you’re a bad-ass hula-hooper, you’re a bad-ass hula-hooper.

This is so great! My guess is she she’s been hooping for a while – but if you keep doing it throughout your pregnancy, it all works! Note she does a lot of off-body and not on the waist-hooping, which makes it an intense workout and utilizes the entire body in the process. Hooping is such an awesome way to stay in shape–pregnant or postpartum – engage that core!
