I was thinking about baby presents and thought some of you crafty types, or just ambitious ones, might like to see some DIY baby crafts. These are great for when you need some “me” time and want to do something special for yourself. These would also make great DIY baby shower presents you can put together rather quickly and easily.e of the baby presents I found that you can make yourself.

Frozen Meals Prepared Ahead of Time

One of the best things I did before my firstborn arrived was to have a friend come over and do a round of “Once-A-Month” cooking with me. We put about 35 meals into the freezer from that Saturday and part of Sunday cooking spree and it felt so go to approach the last month of my pregnancy knowing that meals were ready, easily cooked and little time needed to prepare them!

Any of these baby craft ideas would be super fun to make for yourself, or make for a friend who’s expecting. I know some people frown on homemade gifts of “gifts of kindness” like my friend who helped me put up 30+ meals, but I feel like those are sometimes the MOST special. And goodness knows those meals came in handy!
