Before our daughter was born, nearly five years ago now, we began researching strollers. Well, if I’m honest, my husband began researching. Like a madman.
He read every consumer magazine he could find and every online review that Google had to offer.
Everything he read confirmed that the BOB Revolution was the best stroller for our needs.
So, we bought it. In chocolate and pink. And we loved it. We couldn’t have asked for a better stroller. It carried our daughter everywhere, from trips to the mall to long walks on trails.
When she was 2 ½, we began researching double strollers, as our son was on his way.
And we did the unthinkable. We sold our beloved BOB (for exactly what we had paid for it!) and bought a new stroller from another company because it offered a seating option that we thought would work for us.
I actually cried when the new owner picked up the BOB and I have regretted that decision ever since. Not a day has passed when I haven’t wished that we still had it.
Now that our daughter is more interested in walking than riding, we’ve made the move back to BOB.
And the tears over a stroller are ones of joy this time.
Why do I love the BOB Revolution SE so much?
I have a long list of reasons…
The padded 5-point harness is incredibly easy to fasten, adjust, and release.
The parking break is easy to set and release.
The adjustable seat back reclines to 70° from vertical for tired babies.
The multi-position canopy is adjustable and provides ample protection from the elements. The canopy window is large enough to allow you to keep an eye on your child.
The BOB has several storage options, including 2 interior mesh seat pockets for snacks and water, 1 large pocket on seatback, and a large cargo basket beneath seat that is easy to access.
I do recommend that you purchase the handlebar storage unit for things like your wallet, keys, and water bottle.
With a maximum weight capacity of 70lb, you’ll get years of use out of this stroller.
The swiveling 12.5 inch front wheel allows for excellent maneuverability and locks in place for increased stability when jogging or when the terrain is rough.
Although BOB recommends that your baby be at least 8 weeks old before riding in the Revolution SE, an infant car seat adapter accommodates Graco, Chicco, Peg Perego, and more. With this addition, newborns can ride in the stroller.
The BOB comes with a great warranty—five years on the frame and one year on small parts and fabric.
It could not be easier to fold up the BOB. With an easy, two-step folding process, the lightweight frame is ready to be transported or stored. Here’s a quick video that shows just how easy it is…
The BOB’s suspension system is fully adjustable, so the ride is super smooth.
The padded handlebar is truly comfortable and the wrist strap is built in for easy access.
Phew…that’s a long list! Here’s a great video that illustrates these amazing features on BOB strollers…
So why am I telling you all of this?
Because I have one BOB Revolution SE, complete with an infant car seat adapter, for one lucky reader.
