There’s a new parenting sitcom airing in NBC’s fall line-up that you can (or will soon be able to) relate to, starring Christina Applegate, Will Arnett, and Maya Rudolph.
“Up All Night” is an irreverent look at modern parenthood through the lives of wife, career woman, life of the party and new mom Reagan Brinkley (Applegate) and her stay-at-home husband Chris (Arnett). Rudolph stars as Reagan’s needy, self-absorbed, and ambitious talk-show host boss, Ava.
Based on the previews (and the fact that it’s created and produced by SNL’s Emily Spivey and Lorne Micheals), I look forward to checking out this hilarious take on new-parenthood. Catch a sneak peek video and find out when the show airs after the jump.
The Up All Night Series Preview is this Wednesday September 14th at 10/9c on NBC before moving to its regular spot on Wednesday nights at 8/7c.
Do you plan to watch the show and think it will accurately portray modern parenthood or fall flat like most cheesy sitcoms?
