Clomid Hot Flashes! 7 Ways I Try to Stay Cool Through the HeatDevan McGuinness
Today, I started my 6th cycle of Clomid. They increased my dose a second time and now I’m taking three pills each day. I had bad hot flashes back when I was taking one pill a day. It only got worse when I started 2 pills and I can only speculate that this time, the hot flashes are just going to be off the charts.
Heat and I do not get along. I hate being hot and sweaty and these hot flashes are not fun for me. I am thankful that I don’t get many mood swing as a side-effect of the Clomid, but you know I am not really sure which is worse anymore.
I am sure that they will be coming up soon and since I’ve been dealing with them for 5 months now, I have a few tricks that help me stay cool through the hot flashes.
