Pregnancy

Brought to you by

Finally…Positive!

By Nichole |

I have peed on approximately 25 sticks over the past six months.

And not one of them has been positive.

Not one of them has given me any real hope.

Not one.

Until last Friday.

I am truly elated.

How elated?

So elated that you would think that I had gotten a positive pregnancy test.

Finally, after not ovulating for at least the past two months, I got a positive on my ovulation predictor kit!

So, this past weekend was…um…busy.

And my husband must be…um…tired.

Today, my basal body temperature chart confirmed that I did, in fact, ovulate on Saturday.

So what did I do differently this month? What do I think made the difference?

I cut back on nursing my son and began taking vitamin B6 each day. I tried vitex, but had a strange reaction to it, so stopped taking it immediately.

That’s it. I still can’t believe it.

So now we’re in the two-week wait.
For the first time in months, I am optimistic.

Though I know that this is just one hurdle for us to overcome, my fingers are crossed.

Any thoughts, prayers, baby dust, or any magic tricks you can send my way are greatly appreciated!
