As I enter Week 13, one of the things I crossed off my BabyCenter app check-list on my iPhone was “Eat Healthy Snacks”. It always feels great to check something off your list, right? Well, with worrying over high-blood pressure and watching my salt intake, I’ve got a new approach to what I shove my face with lately. When I got home from my Week 12 visit I immediately was searching away and making notes on what I should be eating, especially when it comes to snacks.
