Enter giveaway to win maternity pants and a workout tank!

Staying fit and healthy is a big part of my life, and one that has become even more important to me now that I’m pregnant.  But like most things, exercising for two is a bit different and requires some different attention – exercise modifications, changes to routine, and of course – maternity workout gear!

I recently sampled a few pieces from For Two Fitness, a maternity clothing company that specializes in activewear that will grow with you, support, and flatter your new shape and belly.  And just for you guys, they are giving away one pair of maternity pants and one workout top!  Two winners will be selected, and can choose the style and size that works best for them.  Keep reading for details…

While they have a large assortment of maternity active wear available, For Two Fitness seems to specialize in graphic maternity tops.  They have a cute selection of graphic tees and tanks with clever “for two” statements on them like the following…

Running for Two

I tried the “Training for Two” Cami Long Tank, and found it to be very comfortable and supportive.  I like the feature of the built-in-bra, and that it was plenty long enough to continue to cover my belly up for the rest of pregnancy.

In addition to a cute cami tank, I also tried a pair of their Ultimate Fitness Maternity Pants.  I don’t know about you, but at 26 weeks, my old yoga pants aren’t cutting it anymore.  The full panel option is so much more comfortable on my growing belly!  I like having the option to wear it pulled up or folded down…

    I would love the Training for Two top!! I am 20 weeks along with my 2nd and it is hot here in Ohio! I like to keep in shape by going for walks/jogs with my 12 month old son. This tank would be the perfect addition to my wardrobe for those walks! Especially because by this time with my first son I already had him, so I did not have a lot of summer clothes!

    Tank top. It’s in the 100s here. And I like yoga. The stretching is great for being prepared to deliver – opening up your hips and pelvis. I need something cute to wear to the classes. I look like a frump.

    Would love the pants! My pre-pregnancy yoga pants are getting way tight around my hips.. not so comfortable anymore! I was so sick the first trimester that I had to stop running and instead took my dog on extra long walks every day. Once the sickness wore off I added weight lifting and light cardio to my routine. I miss working out harder, but I’m doing my best to stay fit while being comfortable and safe!

    I LOVE the six pack abs tank top!! It is so typical of my humor. I love walking while pregnant. It is a wonderful to meet the neighbors! It’s amazing how many people will randomly talk to you when you’re pregnant vs. not!

    I deifnitely anticipate needing new yoga pants as I grow! So far, I am LOVING pre-natal yoga. It’s great being around a group of moms-to-be and I like the safety of knowing all of the exercises are safe. It’s stress-free and enjoyable!

    I would love to win the pants. I walk hills on the treadmill for 20 minutes and do 20 minutes on the elliptical machine. Really hoping to keep this up through the rest of the pregnancy!

    I think I would love the tops! I’ve continued going to the gym several times a week, just lowering my weights a bit and upping the walking. When I’m not at the gym, I walk a couple of miles in the evenings. I’m sure I’ll have to modify more as I get further along, but this is working for now!

    I love the training for 2 top. I am not far along but its amazing how many people (not including my doc & husband) have told me “Why are you going to workout, there’s plenty of time for that later”. Although I am battling morning sickness all day, I can’t wait to get back into my workout routine full swing instead of half swing.

    congrats on 26 weeks-I’m with you on Thursday. I love my “sweating for two” top, I get so many compliments on it at the gym. I love it for spinning, yoga, body pump, or a brisk walk.
    But my favorite thing to do pregnant is swimming. It makes me feel normal again (even though I can’t do 30 laps in 30 minutes anymore).
    I can’t decide which one I would want!
    I’ll say pants because I already have a “for two” top and I need maternity yoga pants in the worst way.

    I am 11 weeks with my third baby! I would love the pants! I am going to spend most of my pregnancy in fall/winter and would love to try the pants! I was told to take it easy and no hard working out for a few more weeks so until then I am walking and biking the neighborhood.

    I would love a tank top, they are so cute!!! I like to keep fit during my pregnancy by doing a lot of indoor walking and since it is warm enough I do a lot of swimming which is also very relaxing and each on my sore body:)

    I would love both! However the pants are more practical. I am one month behind you and I like to walk and practice Jivamukti Yoga! It feels so good going upside down in a headstand to relieve the bump pressure and it keeps my back limber!

    I would love the yoga pants! At 27 weeks my pre-pregnancy pants are not quite cutting it. My favorite way to stay fit during pregnancy is def taking my dog Gizmo for lots of walks – we both need it!

    Would the yoga pants. Only 7 weeks along but from following other mom’s to be looks like a good pair of yoga pants are going to be very important in the up coming months.

    I go to the gym and walk the track, do some strength training exercises to keep strong. But so far I still think walking my dogs is the exercise I enjoy the most.

    Those yoga pants look AMAZING and super comfy. My favorite thing to do is walk on the indoor track or hit the elliptical for about 25 minutes. Can’t forget stretching and some light weight training.

I have been going to the gym every morning to do the elliptical and weights.     Oh man, I love both, it’s hard to choose! But, I think I would actually get more wear out of the cute “Running For Two” top – LOVE IT! I feel so lucky and blessed to be 27 weeks and still running, albeit so much slower than I used to. I have also LOVED lifting weights during my pregnancy… I think it will definitely help lifting a baby and carrier once she arrives in October!

    Both are very cute! Would love the pants if they came In petite; otherwise the “yoga for 2″ tank is perfect! Prenatal yoga classes keep me balanced, flexible, and centered, and are a great way for me to meet other moms-to-be in my area. I also fit in light cardio on the elliptical or treadmill a few days a week.

    i LOVE the purple training for two top!!! I love walking 30-40 mins everyday, and I must say, I’m 5’10″ and I have a long torso as is, so it’s pretty hard to find comfortable tops that are long enough now to cover my belly too!     I mostly try to stay active during pregnancy by continuing zumba and also walking on the treadmill. Everytime I do zumba, the baby kicks like crazy afterwards!

    I would absolutely LOVE the pants! I am a fitness instructor and 21 weeks pregnant. I have a hard time finding comfortable and trendy workout clothes for my own workouts and for when I am teaching. A friend just purchased the “sweating for two” shirt from For Two Fitness for me as a gift and I must say it is so comfortable, cute and the best maternity fitness shirt I own. I would love to have the pants because if they are anything like the shirt (which I’m sure they are) they will be the best pair of pants I own during this pregnancy! I workout 5 days a week and could really use a decent selection of maternity fitness wear.

    Fitness Pants, my usual ones aren’t working out too well being 4 months along! I am more of a fast power walker these days!! I enjoy Gardening, walking and hitting the Bowflex in my garage on rainy days. I have MS so not only is it important to never stay idle and always keep moving being a normal person, but even more important as a pregnant one! Staying active, fit and healthy is the key to no or at the very least a minimal Multiple Sclerosis Relapse after I have my second child in January. I love that you help to empower Mommies to be to stay fit and take charge of their bodies and health!!

    I think in all practicality, I need the pants, but the running for two top is stealing my heart as well. I’m fortunate enough to still be able to run, although I suspect as I progress (at 20 weeks now!) that will change. I am already WAY slower and can’t really go more than 3 miles. Walking and swimming and weights are a must! Thanks for the great workout gear info…I’ve been wondering where to look. Target doesn’t have much for maternity workout gear:)

    Hard to choose… I love both of them but I think I would go with the yoga pants as it is really hard to find flattering yoga pants for pregnant women. I stay active by walking, stationary biking, swimming and doing yoga.

    Anyway, I am 23 weeks with #3 and I use Jillian Michael’s DVDs, usually Shred minus the jump rope which makes me pee. Ahem.

    Once I hit about 16.5 weeks and started feeling better I was able to start run/walking again. I’m also going walking nightly with my husband and two times a week with a friend. It feels so good to be active again!

I am a 21 week pregnant ironman athlete, and have continued to swim, bike, run (but much shorter distances) and it is so hard to find maternity workout wear. I am doing a sprint triathlon and a 10km women’s race next month and would love to be my new tank :)

    I think I’d rather the pants…they look super comfy!
    I have a pinched nerve in my leg, therefore the easiest way for me to get exercise is to go swimming. It makes my leg feel better and I get my body’s blood flowing!

    I love SWEATING FOR TWO!!! I will be 25 weeks on Saturday with my 1st and love taking long walks through the mall while on my breaks at work.
    When I was at the gym, a staff member made me feel so discouraged about staying active. You ladies have motivated me to go bad with a new since of pride (AND my even bigger tummy)!!

    I’m 23 weeks along and have been greatful for the ability to be active throughout my pregnancy. I change it up everyday depending on what feels good – walk/run, hiking, yoga, and strength training seem to be working for me now.     I would love a tank, they’re so cute! I’ve continued walking and weight lifting most days of the week and i attribute that to feeling pretty good most of the time. Although now in the 3rd trimester my belly is peeking out of my old tops so it’s a good thing I don’t attend a gym!!!

    i would love the pants!! I am almost towards the end of my first trimester and have kept up with jogging three times a week and using the elliptical. I’ve also been doing lower body strength training since my booty is the first to show any weight gain! Great giveaway!

    I would love a pair of the yoga pants. I am currently 18 weeks pregnant with my first and I am definitely starting to think that I will need some maternity wear soon. During my first trimester I was terribly sick, but now I am on medication for my nausea and I am working back up to my old strength training exercises. I walk 2-3 miles a day with my puppy and I try to lift weights at least 3 times a week. I am due in December, and I know that having some maternity workout wear would be one less obstacle for me to stay in shape while pregnant.

    i love the pants! I miss running since i stopped around 6 mos of pregnancy but i cant wait to pick it up again. Since then I have just been walking and lifting weights to try and keep in some sort of fitness regimen.
