Gwyneth Paltrow's Maternity Must-Haves
I’m sure you’ve heard of Gwyneth Paltrow’s weekly “lifestyle journal” GOOP, delivered directly via email.
Well she recently put together a pregnancy addition with all of her maternity favorites — from nursery decor to must-read books.
And I have to say, I very much agree! While she, of course, featured designer maternity jeans and covet-worthy nursery furniture that most of us can’t afford, she also included plenty of down-to-earth picks for the non-celebrities amongst us. (And no one ever accused the girl of not having style.)

Dr. Gowri Motha and the Gentle Birth Method
I haven't read this particular book or practiced the Gentle Birth Method myself, but Gwyneth is a firm believer of this obstetrician-turned-doula who was "invaluable" during her pregnancy. Anyone who aims to reduce the stress and difficulties of labor is okay in my book.

This is a fantastic site, created by InStyle's senior fashion editor and a photo director at Hearst. Not only does it show beautiful photos of stylish moms, but it gives real tips and product advice from one mom to another.
