. Based on your BBT chart, begin using the kit five days before you think you're going to ovulate. When you get a positive reading, that's the time to start having sex!
Have Sex Three Days Before You Ovulate
The best time to try to conceive is before your body releases the egg to be fertilized, says Dr. Shelley Binkley, an OB-GYN with Copper Canyon Women's Center. "Research shows peak pregnancy rates are when people have intercourse three days before the release of the egg," she says.
