colorful money My husband and I have come to accept that fact that IVF and/or adoption are highly likely in our future. We’ve started to look into our options for how we’re going to cover the cost since our insurance doesn’t pay for even one cent. One of the least complicated options (yes, I said least) is to find a job with a company that has excellent coverage. The website, Conceive has researched the companies that offer their employees the most generous fertility and/or adoption benefits in the nation and have shared the top fifty, several which are nationwide. Here are the top ten companies and what they offer:

Avon
Fertility Benefits: 6 cycles IUI and 3 cycles IVF lifetime cap plus unlimited prescription fertility drugs
Adoption Benefits: $10,000 per adoption, no lifetime cap

Barilla America
Fertility Benefits: Up to 4 IVF cycles (patient pays 10% of cost)Ӭ plus unlimited prescription fertility drugs
Adoption Benefits: $12,000 per adoption, maximum 2 adoptionsӬ per year; no lifetime cap

The Boston Consulting Group
Fertility Benefits: Unlimited fertility treatment and drug coverage
Adoption Benefits: None

Deutsche Bank
Fertility Benefits: $30,000 for fertility treatments plus unlimited prescription fertility drugs
Adoption Benefits: $10,000 per adoption, no lifetime cap
