My Favorite Etsy Shop For Unconventional Nursery Art

By Lauren Hartmann |

The beginning of a lovely art collection for our little girl.

Just because you’re creating a nursery doesn’t mean that all the decor needs to be baby’ish.  I prefer furniture and decor that will grow with a child and/or that I would want to use in the other “grown-up” rooms in my home.  This penchant for cute, yet non-baby’ish decor most definitely extends into my feelings on nursery art, which is why Ashley Goldberg’s Etsy shop (Ashley G and Drew) is hands down my absolutely favorite place to find unconventional art – especially for a nursery.

Not only is the artwork stunning and adult-friendly, but it’s got the perfect amount of whimsy to make it perfect for a nursery as well, lest you think I expect my baby to live in a boring grey room (although grey is actually one of our nursery colors come to think of it….).

I already own two of Ashley’s prints (see main photo), but I’d like to add another, so I rounded up my top 10 favorites from her shop (which is really saying something considering what a prolific artist she is – just check out her shop if you don’t believe me!) and thought maybe I’d get your opinion.

Weigh in on which is your favorite!  Perhaps I’ll add it to my nursery decor wish list!  Check them out after the jump!
