A Glimpse Into My Future With Little Girls

My husband entertaining three giggling girls.

When we first found out I was pregnant I was beyond convinced I was having a little boy.  Fast forward to 18 weeks, when I found out we’re actually having a girl and I was more than a little surprised and unsure of what it would be like to have a little lady instead of the little man that I had imagined.  Then fast forward again to 37 weeks and I am quite content with the idea of having a little girl and I’m actually really excited to see my husband (a total “man’s man”) with a daughter – I think she’s going to have him wrapped around her little finger.

See Exhibit A to your left:  My husband Craig entertaining 3 little girls (my cousins) with a rousing game of foosball while they were in town visiting for the holidays.  They absolutely adored him.

Our house was filled with giggling and silliness and I kind of loved it.  I think I could get used to this.

See a few more photos of our fun “girl time” after the jump!

Craig was a bit more partial to the foosball than the mani/pedis, but I think he may come around once he has a sweet girl of his own.

What are you looking forward to doing with your little girl or boy in the future?
